Trustee and long-time supporter of CLSW, Lisa Lea-Weston was recently interviewed for the BBC’s Country File during the feature on Rural Mental Health. Lisa and her partner attended a Time to Retune retreat back in the days when they were held at Sharpham House. In the interview, she talks about the benefits of the retreat and the importance of finding time to look after out mental health in the midst of our busy lives, especially after serious illness.
