DESCRIPTION:Tuesday 4th February is World Cancer Day. Cancer affects all of us\, whether directly (one in two of us is likely to be diagnosed with cancer during our lifetime) or indirectly (through caring for a loved one during their illness and treatment). \nOn Tuesday\, CLSW will be taking part in the WCD event in Torquay. There’s a free drop-in between 10.30am and 1.30pm\, where you can find local support groups\, information about spotting signs of cancer from dedicated charities\, financial guidance\, Wellbeing and complementary therapy\, including Shiatsu taster sessions\, lifestyle support\, refreshments\, and more.
